March 2013 Decision makes it final: Son Required to pay mother’s nursing home bill
Mom did not pay her Pennsylvania  nursing home bill, so the nursing home sued her son.  In April 2011 the local County Court held son responsible for his mother’s $93,000.00 nursing home  bill — he appealed to the Pennsylvania Superior Court who refused to  overturn.  On March 27, 2013 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court denied son’s  request for appeal.  The son has struck out at every level of our Court  system and is required to pay the bill.  Until the bill is paid or settled,  the son has a judgment against his credit.
